Peony and Porcelain provides full event planning services.

In order for us to be able to create the events that you see on our website, we design and plan everything ourselves, from A to Z.

Event Design & Styling

We take on the fully customized event design, carefully listen to you sharing your preferences, wishes and ideas, create the event mood board for you through which we share our inspiration, and then discuss and finalize the event concept, which is closely linked and begins from the printables.

Starting from there, we then propose ideas for every single service included in the event separately, so that the event has a complete aesthetical and conceptual uniformity.

Our Philosophy

Event Planning

On the more practical side of things, we support you in managing your budget by consultation, we book the basic providers for you, make all the contact with them on your behalf, create a timeline for the event preparation period and send you reminders when needed, to make sure everything is on track. We do not make any service bookings on your behalf, unless you have authorized the service and the cost. On the week before the event date, we re-confirm all services & costs to ensure nothing has been overlooked.

Our team is present at the event venue throughout the preparation period to ensure that everything is ready exactly as planned and in time and throughout the event (ceremony and reception) to ensure everything runs flawlessly. Our job ends around the time that the party is about to begin!

Communication

From our side, it makes no difference if you are located locally and can make an in person appointment, or not. We work with clients from all over the world, so even if your neighborhood is far from ours, you can choose to use us and only contact through calls, emails and chat. We usually have one initial scheduled call and then proceed through email and chat, with all planning and design. Please note that we may not be able to answer calls at all times. This is why all our calls are pre-scheduled and we always reply to any form of written communication. Prefer to drop us a note!

Our selected Associates

We use specific providers in order to ensure that all items and services ordered/ booked will be exactly as decided. We supervise our providers and being a one stop service, we do not involve you in any communication with any provider, unless you wish to communicate yourself. Our job is to ensure that there is room for error recovery before the event and that you do not get involved in any stress related procedure! This is why we sometimes do not accept chosen providers outside our selected ones, if we consider that the outcome level may be compromised.

Area range

We have chosen to only take on events within the Attika region. We do take on a limited number of events outside of Attika, to selected destinations only, which are at a close proximity to Athens. In case you have a query in regards to a specific destination, please contact us.
